I opened my case today to change the air flow by flipping some 120m fans and when I put everything back together and turned the PC on, found out that my Realtek HD Audio Manager is recognizing an imaginary audio device in the front panel.
I did the following
1- Unplugged a 120m fan, flipped it and plugged it back in
2- Removed the GPU to adjust the power wires positions.
3- Removed the other 120m fan in the back and flipped it without unplugging it.
That's everything I did.
I also tried unplugging the front audio entirely from the motherboard but it still says that there is a connected audio device.
Headset: Hyperx Cloud Stinger
CPU: Ryzen 2700x
MB: MSI x370 Gaming PLUS
RAM: 2x 8GB Sniper 3000
GPU: RX 480 4GB
1x SSD, 2x HDD
PSU: Antec TP3-650
Case: Cooler Master K380 Mid Tower
*Update: When I plug my headset in, it completely disables the audio and shows a red X on the sound icon.
