Will all this work I’m scared that it’s wrong and I’ll mess it up or something and plus can someone check if this is all right and I’m not gonna wast I’m a new to this stuff soo it sorta stresses me that I’ll waste all the money or something

SLI is generally wasted. Too few games get benefits from it. You'd be much better off buying a single GTX 1080 Ti right now than a 1070 Ti now plus a second one in the future. But to answer your question it should be possible to OC two cards. It's just more difficult since your clock settings need to be in sync. Also the top card has more difficulty keeping cool due to limited air space. Limiting OC potential.

As for a 1000 watts for your upgrade suggestion. It should technically be enough Although with everything OC'ed and under full load. You may get closer to 1000 watts than I'd be comfortable with. I prefer to keep a PSU under 75% load. It's certainly more than enough for a single 1080 Ti overclocked though.

It's also generally...

It's also generally not recommended to upgrade the RAM later but to buy it in matching sets. Since the maker G.Skill may be sourcing parts from different manufacturers when you get the upgrade. They'd probably still work but may not work at full speed. I'd at least stick with a manufacturer which makes their own memory. Such as Crucial. To reduce the odds of problems.

You can get a good motherboard for less. Unless the more expensive one has features you want.

As for hard drives it's probably more cost effective to buy a single 8TB now and one in the future. Much more so to get one 6TB now and one in the future. Don't forget backups. Larger drives tend to have greater data density thus better performance over the 2TB models.

Get this and all you may need to add in the future is some more storage and RAM.
