Did I mess up?

Ok so I ordered a company to build a computer for me, But I was kinda in a hurry when choosing the PSU.

Specs:
GPU: rx480 (I own this from before, and I will just put it in when the rests get built for me)

CPU: I5 8600K
Memory: 2x8gb hyperfury something
Motherboard: z370 I think
SSD:250 gb something
Case: Unfortunately, I also got a crappy cheap case: ANTEC P8 (because it was on sale for 40 €)

... and the PSU: Corsair VS650

Thats the problem. After googling I found out that the corsair VS650 is kinda crappy.

(This is just what I remember, I ordered it in the store and i just knew I wanted a good new CPU and 16 gb ram)

So the questions I am asking are basically:

Did I mess up?

Will the psu even be able to run my pc at all?

And if so, will it be hazardous to the other, obviously more expensive hardware

Did you mess up? Yeah... probably, but it depends. For the money, there's almost always a better quality PSU available.

Will it be able to run? It should, based on spec alone. But I wouldn't look at it as a long-term solution.

Hazardous? Unlikely. While it's a budget unit, there's still protection.
