I want to Zotac 1050 ti ddr5 mini graphic card and my pc configuration is i3-2100 3.1Ghz , 4gb ram and 32 bit operating system , this is compatible or not ?

As long as you don't push your system by overclocking, the current PSU is fine.
If you intent to overclock, then looking at budget segment, I recommend a CX450.which is a 80+ bronze certified PSU and will cost you around 3000-4000INR.

It will work, but Nvidia has ended driver support for 32 bit Windows. So there may be performance issues. Games is the other problem, as some only run on a 64 bit OS. Is there an issue with installing a 64bit version of windows?

Also, 4gb of RAM is the bare minimum these days and a 32 bit system can only read 4gb of RAM. So if you want more RAM, you will need a 64 bit OS.

So if i am upgrade the 32 bit OS to 64 than all problems has been sort out ?
One more thing is there any problem to upgrade 32bit os to 64bit (Its only about installing the 64bit version of windows to replace 32 bit or i have to do something hardware changes to upgrade)

It will work. What is your budget?How much wattage does your PSU support?

As others pointed out, you will need to reinstall Windows with a 64bit version as NVidia has stopped dproviding drivers for 32bit.

So according to that should i have to change the PSU as well bcz its not as good , did you recommend any ?
