i havr your same problem when i play pubg sometimes my monitor says hdmi no signal after a while and i press my power button once and my pc turns off, in pubg my frames will be high then drop to 20 frames then right back up causing a stutter every 20 sec ill post my specs if someone helps me plzzzz
