Good day guys may gpu temp is reaching 60 - 63 just by opening chrome i'm not even playing and most of the time i'm just watching is that normal? or do i need to change the thermal paste my gpu is never been open still has the stock thermal paste..

Gtx 950 strix, i'm planning to apply a noctua HT-N1..

Its normal-probably you have hardware acceleration enabled in Chrome settings. Also I'm guessing your gpu fans do not run until they hit a certain temp. If your temps are fine under load (such as gaming) then I'd say you have nothing to worry about.

Is the fan running at speed when needed?
Is the card and case clean?

its a bit dirty been busy working no time to clean,
uhm yes its a used gpu from came an office company..
and fan works at 60* i think..
