new RAM issues

Hey, i recently updated my ram from 4gb ddr3 to 16gb ddr3. Now my pc freezes randomly, sometimes on windows startup, sometimes earlier, and sometimes after i've logged in. A flashing underscore in the upper left corner also appear sometimes(i'm aware this is a boot error). But when i put in my old ram it boots without problems and never freezes. Would also like to say that i will only do a bios update as a last resort.

First, are your RAM sticks of the same brand and same specs ( voltage, frequency, latency )?

Next, could you describe your rig?

Did you try a memtest ( typing Memory in searchbox in left down corner )?

Answer these questions and we might be able to help you.

the RAM sticks are all the same.
My rig is:
CPU: intel core i5 2500k 3,30GHz
Mb: ASUS P8P67 LE (LGA1155)
GPU: 4095 MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (MSI)
And ive done a memtest and everything seems fine.
Update:
Now i can actually log on to my computer but as soon as i open a program it crashes

If you made a custom install for your graphics driver, installing only driver without the program it could explain everything: at some moment I got bored of mine ( Radeon Settings ) and I uninstalled it keeping only the driver and I started having a lot of bugs...
