I've owned the keyboard for over a year and I have not had any problems. Although today, when i turned on my computer from sleep mode, I started having some major problems. I first noticed that the lights were coming off as if one or more of the keys were being pressed, and when i went to enter my pin, it said "PIN Not Correct" like I was hitting the wrong key although I knew i wasn't. I unplugged the keyboard and plugged it back in to find all the lights were off and none of the keys worked. I had to plug in my old keyboard to log in, and in the Razer Synapse it doesn't show my keyboard, but in the control panel it is labeled as "Razer Bootloader." I have no clue what to do or if the keyboard can be saved. Any help would be appreciated.
