Boot problems - black screen with cursor with repair disc

Hi everyone, I have a problem with booting windows 7 on laptop Asus x55a. Problem is with hard disk, because I was moving files, it crashed, and windows never started again - it says operating system not found. I believe it is problem with master boot record (MBR) on HDD, so I'm trying to fix it with both windows repair disc and windows installation disc (you can enter command prompt or startup repair), but can't do anything because after loading files it goes black screen with cursor moving and even waiting for 3 hours didn't help. On other laptop it's the same. Can't enter safe mode, low resolution mode, so I can't even re-install windows, got just windows repair disc, installation disc and another pc. Any tips?

Download windows 10 64bit.iso from Microsoft.com and create bootable USB drive. Then try to boot

Yes, I think it's boot file or mbr, too. But I can't do anything, because even windows 7 instalation disc won't work - it goes black screen with cursor moving. It looks like HDD is preventing from booting from disc or USB. How this is even possible???
