No power even with new psu and motherboard

Hello, my comptuer stopped working and i checked the psu with a new one and it wasnt the problem, i then bought a motherboard and after putting everything back the pc doesnt show any sign of power at all. Could it be the processor problem?

Spec:
I5 3350p 1155
Acer atx lga 1155 motherboard（old one）asus p8h61 1155 （new one）
Corsair vs650
Radeon rx 480 8gb sapphire
2*4gb of ram ddr3

hello, sorry for posting the same problem three times but the answers to the previous posts didnt help.
