Hi, i have CIPRICO raid, windows server 2012 and two 4tb disks in raid1, i removed one disk, inserted 8tb, marked it as global spare, waited for rebuild, than i removed 4 tb, transformed 8tb from raid1 to jbod, extended it to full 8tb, and plan was to insert second 8tb disk, transform bacj to raid1, sync and get 8 tb raid1.... but i can't convert JBOD bacj to raid1 :((( what i can do now ?

Take this 8TB HDD, connect to a SATA port configured as AHCI in ANY computer, using Disk Manager to extend it. Once done put is back to your RAID after removing the remain 4TB, one it booted insert another blank 8TB
It will resync / rebuild
