Bios freezes but windows is working fine

I built a new system. At first the bios was working fine. Then i installed a SSD and tried to install os into the SSD but when i got into the bios, the bios started showing some chinese letters and freezed. But still i could boot into the windows fine if i dont enter bios. (https://i.imgur.com/wCiD645.jpg)

TLDR : Bios freezes but windows is working fine

But I tried removing the SSD and enter the bios but still the problem doesn't go away. And how can I update my bios if my bios freezes when i enter in it. Thanks.

Hey I plugged the PC into my TV and it worked. I can access bios again without freezing. I used my PC first in TV then changed to monitor when my display port- vga adapter arrived. So what is causing the problem? Why am I getting this problem in my monitor?

Well...at least you can get to it.
So I would get it all straightened out on the TV.
Then you could go back to the monitor and just not enter the BIOS.....OR.....you could still pursue trying to figure out why the BIOS doesn't display on the monitor.
It may be easier to just leave it be.....as long as you know you can get to the BIOS on the TV when you need to.
