When I start my pc it start freezing suddenly even I have not opened any program. When I click on screen for refreshing the cursor start rotating for 1-2 minutes. Then it responds for a while. If I try opening any program it freezes for a while. My anti virus is also disabled and is not enabling.
System idle process take 99% And cpu usage Is 0% anti virus and windows defender is ensuring me that my computer is safe
Also my computer is not heated. I am hardly able to open some programs like task manager or anti virus.
And there are many svchost running in processes in task manager.
Please help me what can I do
My pc ram is 4 gb
Intel i3 core processor
Windows 7 ultimate
32 bit operating system
