SSD AND HDD cloning

I have a gaming laptop, i have a 128 GB SSD, however, I have the OS on it while i have my games on my HDD. My HDD has been slowing down due to long use and i want to upgrade the SSD. But, since i have the OS on the SSD, is there a way to clone the SSD to the HDD and then replace SSD and clone the information back??

It is simpler than that.
Buy a Samsung ssd of your desired size.
Also, buy a usb to sata cable, about $15.
Use the free Samsung ssd migration app to move your windows C drive to the new ssd.
When done, just swap out the old ssd in favor of the new larger ssd.
