I've already bought my case and the mother board as well as the GPU. Btw my GPU is Palit Super JetStream 1080ti. This card is long 285mm, so the radiator won't fit at the front. All though I'm not sure if this will fit at the top of the board. Will it not affect the vrm heatsinks too and rams?

The Fractal Design Meshify C website says "max component height on motherboard 40mm". Since you have the motherboard, measure the heatsink at the top and see if it is more than 40mm high.

I think it will fit, here is a picture of one up top and it fit fine with the ROG board. They have pretty big heatsinks.

Thanks for the inputs mate. That ROG motherboard somehow has a lower height offset of the ram mounts compared to my aorus. So my guess that it will touch the RAMs when I mount the radiator :/

Also about the "RAM height clearance" of the kraken x52. It's says 35mm. I'm not really sure what is that for or how its going to be measured.
Was it going to be the actual height of the ram on the board or the measurement from the top of the case to ram?

The RAM sits below the heat sink above the CPU socket. The rad and fans are going to contact that heat sink before the RAM. I have a gigabyte z370 gaming 7 and I used to have a gigabyte z170 gaming 7. The only issues I have ever had was the size of the heat sink at the top of the board.

I dont know what the Kraken would have a RAM height clearance. Typically it is best to go liquid because a big air cooler wont fit due to RAM or case clearance. Maybe the tubes on the pump extend out to the RAM, but I dont know what they are talking about. I looked at the spec sheet for the Kraken 52 and I did not see anything about RAM clearance.
