I was looking for an AIO liquid cooler and I stumbled around this https://www.gearbest.com/cpu-cooler/pp_009863442745.html?wid=1433363. I have a RYZEN 5 1400 system and I got a bad CPU, I get 3.7ghz with 1.3375v and my stock wraith stealth cooler can't keep up with that voltage even at 100% fan speed so I decided to buy a water cooler but I can't spend more than 45$ on a cooler, and most of the coolers don't ship to my country , so I'm stuck with these chinese websites which actually ship to my country.
