I have a laptop with 4GB DDR4 RAM, A9-9420, amd R5 520S DDR3 2GB, how much RAM I have to upgrade to get most from this laptop?

To do what? For every day stuff 4gb is more then enough. You arent going to really game on that laptop and unless you are running out or close to running out of RAM then more wont help you.

On that machine gaming will be pretty much impossible. You will pretty much have to play any game at the lowest settings at low resolution. If for whatever reason you want to try then 8GB is pretty much the minimum amount of RAM needed for gaming, but personally I wouldnt bother.

Its up to you, but RAM isn't going to help your framerate. The game will run terribly no matter how much RAM. 4GB or 8GB its up to you how much you want to spend on it.
