Black Screen, PC still running but cannot do anything other than unplug power

So here's the issue that's been happening lately.

Whether the PC is idle or being used, randomly at some point my monitor will go black screen into "no signal/displayport detected" and will remain like that, no BSOD message or auto-reboot. My keyboard and mouse RGB will still be lit on, but more importantly i cannot reboot or shutdown my computer via my case's buttons. The only way i can get out of this situation is by switching off the PSU from behind the case.

It's been happening more frequently that I am trying to look for a solution because the more i have to switch off my computer from behind, the more i could cause internal issues/damage.

Has anyone had this experience before?

Also from event viewer's system section i'm having a continuous critical error 10016 distributedCOM, but i'm not sure if that is the cause to the whole problem.

My PC's Specs are:

Corsair 460x Compact
ASUS Prime X470 Pro Motherboard
AMD Ryzen 5 2600X with Wraith Spire
ASUS GTX 1080ti Turbo
Corsair Vengeance RGB CMR16GX4M2C3000C16 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4
Samsung 860 EVO 500GB SSD
Corsair TX650M 650W 80 Plus Gold Power Supply
ASUS PG279Q ROG Swift 27in 165Hz G-Sync IPS Gaming Monitor

Thanks for the messsage! I updated the GPU drivers to the latest, but the problem is still randomly persisting.

At this point i can say it the errors from event viewer are not the cause.

Temps for CPU and GPU are fine to me, but i'm looking at maybe it's the MOBO, RAM or perhaps PSU causing the issue.

I completely dusted my comp today and reseated the RAM cards and GPU just in case.

When my pc blacked out and froze (can confirm because i had music on and even the music cut off, and num caps and scroll on keyboard are also stuck) not that it may mean much but i noticed the rgb on the mobo and ram are also stuck on one color (usually they cycle colors)

I'll try a memtest and see how that goes, but i'm wondering if it's because my pc doesnt get enough power from the psu..?

Also one more thing, i put my computer to sleep when i'm done using it instead of shutting it down.

I can't check what caused the crash like i can check BSOD via minidumps, so i'm opened to suggestions!

I found the issue causing it, it was Asus's Ai Suite program, Dual Processor Intelligence, the auto setttings monitor and control the speed of the fans, voltage etc to the pc.

I assume it undervoltaged my pc because it was too quiet imo. I uninstalled the program and pc hasn't black screen crashed ever since.
