When pcie 16 is set in bios and VGA is connected to graphics card
I have brand new board it's internal graphics is working fine
And I can't say graphic card is dead becoz when I insert graphic card and start computer with onboard graphic it boots normally
I can even install suscesafully all Nvidia grphics driver change its setting in control panel also all seems
Fine but when plugged to graphics card VGA I have no display
The motherboard led indicates it is running on 8x mode instead of 16x

"The motherboard led indicates it is running on 8x mode instead of 16x"

That doesn't matter as the 710 is not a PCIe x16 card anyway - just a regular PCIe card - - it'll work in any PCI Express slot.

My guess is a connectivity problem, ie the way you've got the monitor hooked up to the Nvidia card.

Please state how you've got it hooked up - - type of cable and if any adapters are being used.
