Hello,
Mobo: MSI b360-a pro
After the update of the BIOS I have a yellow triangle next to the network card (Intel Ethernet Connections (7) i219-v) and code 10. I tried to reinstall the drivers, I reset the bios using jumpers, and nothing. I do not really know what to do anymore, help !!

Can you expand on exactly what is not working -- you need to download using another computer and put it on a USB drive to install. If you download and install it a second time using a new copy of the driver then we will move to the next step.

Why is it damaged? I have this computer for a week and after BIOS update this card has stopped working.
And this PXE option I can not find in bios :p

So to repeat an earlier question, "did it ever work or did this start after a recent Windows update?" It sounds like it was working prior to a bios update? What version numbers were the old and new bios?

If that is the case, I would consider reverting to the earlier bios if that was what broke the device function. Did the updated bios promise some improvement with a problem that you were experiencing already, or did you just do it to have the latest version?

It happened after the update of the bios, not the windows. I returned to this first bios, and updated it because I had problems with the SSD drive, later it turned out that the problem was in something else. here are the bios versions: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B360-A-PRO
I downloaded and uploaded all versions and nothing, as I said, I am at the first version, and the problem still occurs

Okay, so the adapter worked prior to the first bios update, which indicates that the hardware is very likely not faulty. It is more likely that there is a bios setting issue, as an update would return everything to default in many cases.

If you cannot figure out which setting is the problem and cannot install the current driver, I see little choice but to RMA the board to MSI based on a manfunctioning adapter.

Try this.

1. In BIOS, disable the network adapter, save, restart.

2. Let Windows fully load and then restart.

3. Go back into BIOS and enable the network adapter, save, restart.

Windows will detect the "new" hardware and attempt to load drivers. Worth a shot.
