Intel Confidential CPU

I have an Intel Confidential CPU with QFMU ES A4 made in 80569PJ073N C804603B, but I have no idea what this CPU is. Anyone have any idea that this chip is? I have it boot up in one of my socket 775 boards as a Xeon but that's all it told me about it. Thanks in advance.

That is a CPU that you should have never been able to get. It is Intel property and whoever sold it violated their agreement with Intel. Those CPUs remain the property of Intel forever.

Engineering samples remain the property of Intel. The companies/people who receive them are under contract to send them back or destroy them when testing is complete. Intel has even had people selling them arrested/prosecuted in the past.
