Graphics card upgrade

I recently bougt a new graphics card (Nvidia 210 silent 512mb) to upgrade my old pc's onboard graphics (e2200, 4gb ram). I installed the graphics card and turned on my pc but it just says no signal on the monitor. I plugged back to onboard graphics and disabled the onboard graphics and putt PCI but again no signal
Please help me

I did, i fixed it by taking out the battery of the motherboard for a few minutes and putting it back in it posted, Anyway thank you for trying to help.
