Choosing Between 2GPU's

I have enough money to buy GTX 1070 or 1070 TI but which one of them is better? I mean obviously the TI but why are they in the same price

? which one is safer I guess I could say : MSI or Gigabyte? any performence difference?

I would get the 1070TI if its the same price as the 1070 because you get abit more performance out off the 1070ti

Agreed - the 1070Ti performs better, and they both have a 3 year warranty. If they're the same price, go for the Ti version. Might be that the cooler design is different on the two.

Note, when I looked at those links, there was a ₪ 310 difference between the two.

I don't see why it wouldn't. Sizing is usually more of a problem with your case than with the motherboard. I'd say look at the measurements and make sure it'll fit in the case.
