So i just bought this psu brand new 3 weeks ago, also this reference cooler gtx 770 2gb.
so i was wondering if i can overclock it, will it be safe with this psu?

core i7 870
8gigs ddr3 ram 1333 mhz
corsair cx650m 80plus bronze
gtx 770 cryorig h7 cpu cooler
samsung evo 850 250 gb ssd
2 140mm led case fans and one optical drive
Forgot to say i have msi afterburner and kombuster stress test with it, whenver i stress test it my temps reach up to 85c and tpd is around 100% (disabled power and thermal limit on msi afterburner to prevent throttling) and for some reason my cpu makes a loud buzzing sound and its not coming from the gpu nor the psu.
so i was wondering if i can overclock it, will it be safe with this psu?
