hello, im currently looking for a cheap ssd to just simply put windows onto and maybe a game or two. having everything on one hard drive is slowing my pc down a bit due to all of the windows processes. i would appreciate any suggestions. thank you.

also. any way to get windows to this new ssd from my hdd without having to buy another copy? or just simply moving it over? thank you

I know you said $50, but this is not the time to go super cheap.

2. Yes, possibly.
A clone operation. But that requires some space management.
Or, a clean install on the new SSD.
What OS is this, and where did it come from?

hello. thank you for your response, i really appreciate you taking the time to help. this is windows 10, and i bought a key for it but i don't think im able to reuse it.

Reinstallation or cloning within the same system (just a different drive) does not require the license key.

If you purchased on of the very cheap grey market keys, however, it may take this opportunity to invalidate itself.
