The PC turns on, restarts after 5 seconds, then remains on. This is my first build. Fans, LED, power switch, reset switch, hard drive, graphics card, and CPU seem to be running. Cannot get POST, as I cant get the monitor, keyboard, flash drive, or mouse to connect. Priory to this, the mouse, keyboard, monitor and flash drives DO work. I believe I set up everything correctly.
