Hi, I have just joined and wish for some help please, I have built a computer using an Asus 970 Pro Gaming/Aura board and AMD FX 6300 6 Core 3.50Ghz processor and one stick of Corsair XMS3 4GB DDR 3 1600 memory and a Palit GTX 1050ti Graphics card and Kingston 240GB SSD.
From the start I couldn't get it to boot, I had a dram light up all the time, I moved the memory stick from slot to slot and still no joy, however I did a cmos reset and lo and behold it booted and I was able to install Windows 10 and do updates and such and all was okay until I shut down and started up the comp the next day, it didn't start, same again dram light on,I did cmos reset again and still no start, I tried a few times and then it booted and I reset the bios, it happenes every time I shut off the comp, now I leave it running all the time once I get it running.
Is there something I have missed ?
I don't want it running all the time and don't want to have to do a cmos all the time either if I do shut it down, its totally baffling me.
