GTX 750 TI with old motherboard

Hello guys , i am planning to buy a GTX 750 TI and pair it with my core 2 duo e7600 3.06Ghz (oc 3.6Ghz), but i have an old motherboard its the GA-945GCM-S2C , this mobo was realesed in 2007 and the last bios update was in Q3 2010 ( wich i am using now) so am i good to go ?, i dont care about bottleneck all what i want is to use this gpu peacefully with my mobo.
i've checked all the benchmarks for this mobo and i haven't seen any gpu from 7** series but i saw lots of gpus from 6** series.
