Well I just format my windows 10 pc and reinstall it with windows 7. Im facing a issue, I start up my pc and everything is doing fine but before it show up the login screen, theres a black screen with a mouse cursor but im not able to do anything include ctrl-alt-delete but after waiting like 10 minute, the windows login screen shown up then I can only login to my windows can anyone help me to fix the black screen with cursor??
