I have a Ryzen 5 2600 and an AsRock AB350 Pro4 motherboard.
I also have a Deepcool Gammaxx 400 CPU cooler but on its website it says it is not compatible with my cpu or previous Ryzen gen CPUs. However, I've seen that people have used it on previous gen cpus like the Ryzen 1700. My CPU and mobo on pcpartpicker says they're not compatible with the cooler.
Can I use the cooler for my setup?
I also have over 5 year old thermal paste, would that be ok to use if it looks to have good consistency?
