First off these are my specs:
Asus Gtx 1060 3gb dual oc
i7 2600k
Corsair 16gb(2x8) 1600mhz RAM
GA-Z68AP-D3 Rev 1.0 motherboard, F8 bios version
CM hyper 212 evo
1Tb hdd
500w PSU

Temps:
Idle ~37c
100% load(prime95) ~75c spikes up to 80c sometimes on core 2 and 3

And i want to overclock my cpu but in my BIOS i only find dynamic vcore so i cant set it manually and i have it at +0.060 so i get 1.39v during prime95 and my multiplier is 46 but i still seem to be unstable, same with 45 multiplier but when if i go to 1.4v i get really high temps ~80c.
i have llc and pll enable same with EIST, c3/c6, C1e and thermal montoring(or whatever it was called) can anyone help me i would like to have lower vcore if possible( think i got unlucky with my processor) and get a stable oc :)

If you add speed the heat increase is linear 1.2 x speed =1.2X heat. if you add Voltage to get the speed then it's exponential. 1.2x speed and 1.2x Voltage is 1.2X1.2=1.44 increased heat. Better cooling =higher overclocks. This is heat in Watts not degrees temperature.
