We just got a split AC installed in our home and it has a built in air ionizer.
Since the temperature here at the moment is quiet low, we are running the AC only in fan mode with ionizer on.
This setting is helping me with my allergies. My question is approximately how much power could the AC consume with this setting? I'd prefer to run it 24h. I understand the main power draw is from the outer unit when it is in cooling mode. Is the fan only mode using much power?
