i keep getting "9C" error on the motherboard every time i wake up & turn on the PC but after i turn it back off & back on starts working just fine anyone know any fixes?

On your MSI MoBo, debug code of 9C is an USB error.
(I have the very same MoBo in my Haswell build, full specs with pics in my sig.)
In other words, your system has issues with one of your connected USB devices. Try updating your chipset and USB drivers, as well as any appropriate drivers for attached devices. You could also try plugging your devices to a different USB ports for easy fix.
