Hi, i accidentally dropped my wireless keyboard onto my western digital green hardrive.
I didn't think much of it cause it wasn't a big fall, my wireless keyboard was sitting at the edge of my desk, and dropped down then level of my desk where my HD was laying around.
Now my HD does show up on my bios menu, and no matter what i try i just can't get it to be read in my windows 10. From my external dock, to installing the HD internally, to even trying to install a fresh copy of windows in this GREEN hd, it just won't show up.
IS this green hd damaged for good? Or is there still hope? I do have some important data stored in this HD, and would like to get it back working.
Like i indicated it shows up in my bios menu, but no matter what i try, it doesn't show up once on i am in windows mode.
