Just build my first pc. I have everything set up, and I turn it on. There is a quick flash of LED lights on motherboard. No fan cpu or case fans start. GPU has a constant white LED by PCI-E port. My RGB Ram DOES light up. TV has no signal (hdmi plugged into gpu)
