Run as administrator option not available

When I search an app through search bar and then right click on that app I cannot find any options aside from "Pin to Start" or "Remove from History" option.

Is the account you're logged in as an administrator for the computer?

No, and a few days ago I did some changes in Registry in this directory: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.I think just after that, its not showing that option.
The problem might be due to this, although I had reverted almost all of the changes that I made in the registry.

I think it would be time to use Windows Restore to get back to a version prior to making changes to the registry (or restore a backup of your registry?).
