Crash at startup and nothing is working

I turned on my laptop today, and it was working normally, until the "Starting Windows" screen. It stays on that screen for a minute or two and then the blue screen of death quickly flashes and then the computer restarts. I take a video, hoping to find out the errors that the bsod is telling me my computer has. I slow down the video, and it only shows the top half (the part that says that there was a problem, and it doesn't tell me what the problem is). I go onto Safe Mode, hoping that it would work. Instead of crashing, it just freezes. So, I restart and go onto Startup Repair. Startup Repair wouldn't work either. I try to go back to the last known good configuration, and it just crashed again. Please help!

with the power off and battery out make sure both ram sticks if you have two are locked in. from another pc make a bootable memtest usb stick boot from it see if your ram is fine. if your ram is fine try making a bootable test usb stick. run test on your hard drive.

I tried that, but my laptop still isn't working.
