Hd 6950 flash

Just got this GPU. Hd 6950. Using an Intel g4560 with it and seems to be working fine. 40 plus fps on high settings 1080p. My question is can I still flash this card to a hd 6970. Is it worth the flash for the extra power.

I would do that especially when the card is working as it should. You could flash it to the 6970 but then AMD placed safeguards in it's drivers. On top of that, the GPU can get bricked so the GPU that's working for you now could end up as an expensive paper weight.
