Don’t ask how this happened you’re not gonna get a logical explanation except for that I consumed way too much thc just now, But thankfully (not thankful but you get my point) I’m thinking a little more clearly after my computer started having some crazy display glitches when I tweaked the RAM speed to max. And unfortunately it’s set to apply on boot or whatever and now I don’t know what to do. I’m sure it can be fixed by doing something in the bios, but I don’t know what. I believe that you enter the bios by hitting delete over and over when you turn on your computer? Correct me if I’m mistaken on that one. PLEASE BESTOW YOUR WISDOM ON ME TECH GODS.

f2 or del or f8 or f10 or f12 depending on your machine manufacturer.
once you enter the bios you can try setting it all to optimized defaults.then https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/829890-msi-afterburner-bad-oc-locks-up-pc/ Should be enough to stop this from happening.

What are your pc specs? Does it have integrated gpu?
Remove your graphics card from the system and use integrated GPU to boot your pc.
Then uninstall MSI afterburner.

After that - reinstall gpu and try to boot up your system.

Anyway - it's quite possible, that you have killed your GPU.

It’s just a AMD Radeon HD 4800 series, honestly wouldn’t be very mad if it died. But the fan is still running on it so can that tell us if it’s alive or not? Also I want to try safe mode one more time before I take out my gpu, but when I hit f8 like I’m told to online it just brings up a screen that says select boot device, I can’t figure out how to get back to safe, I got there from the screen where it said something like windows files recovery at the top(not really sure) and the default option was start windows normally.
