Screen goes Black

So I just had a new build, Ryzen 1600, 16gb ripsaw Ram, and put in a MSI Radeon Rx 580 8gb .. it had been working great until a week ago, and now the screen goes black, even just logging into windows... when I put in my old graphics card, it’s works fine.. please help! I just want to game lol

It’s only 7 months old, specs are :
Motherboard:350 tomahawk M7-7A34
Ryzen 1600 6 core
Radeon Rx 580 8gb
G. Skill DDR 4 240016gb
WD SSD 500 Gb
EVGA 700 wt PSU
All brand new, and it just started doing it a week ago, I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled.. thank so much for the response!

the easiest way to isolate and test the hardware I know of:
Boot to a USB drive with linux on it. grab a USB drive, a copy of rufus and a linux distribution.
http://distrowatch.com/ has tons of differing linux distributions and download links. I personally am fond of linux mint with cinnamon.
https://rufus.akeo.ie/ the utility used to extract the ISO file to the USB drive.

use rufus to extract the selected ISO to the thumb drive. it will make the drive bootable and you can run linux from the drive once done.
Reboot into linux and proceed to test the hardware. connect to internet, watch videos, await problems.
if linux is good and stable the issue is most likely inside windows or otherwise software related.
this is a test of the hardware.

the issue appearing after enabling dual monitors strongly suggest a driver setting/issue. try a previous version of the driver and use DDU to remove the currently installed driver and settings.
