Driver issue (please help!)

I have an unlocked rx460, and ruined the drivers badly, to the point that when it starts there's no display (res changes during windows startup), so it loads normally, messes up and i can't see it anymore. I decided to just go ahead and buy a 1060, just wondering if i'll be able to use it with the amd drivers installed, and be able to see, so i can uninstall the old drivers.
tldr: will AMD drivers effect a newly installed Nvidia gpu? I'd assume not, but I need to know because i can't really see anything as i'm using a fm2+ cpu, and don't have any other graphics cards.

The rx460 isn't ruined or anything, it's just a mess to get drivers as AMD doesn't support it as it's unlocked. Considering selling it.

The thumb rule is to remove your drivers regardless of which camp;s drivers you have installed and which camps GPU you're doing to drop in. So no, remove the AMD drivers prior to dropping in the GTX1060 then install the latest Nvidia drivers from their support site.

I'm asking if it will affect the 1060 at all, it shouldn't as the drivers are only used if it recognizes an amd gpu, but i want to make sure before hand, I understand the precautions of doing that, but the thing is I can't really do that, i have no graphics card to get a display, let alone even boot, so, it should be okay to do it, that's what im asking, sorry if i didnt clarify that i can't really remove them, i just don't want to wipe my drive.
