Hello, I have the HyperX Beast 2x4GB dual channel memories bought like 3 years ago and now I was looking to upgrade by buying another kit of the same product.

Problem comes as follows:
I went into HWinfo and Cpu-Z to check for the exact model and they both showed me as "KHX1600C9D3/4GX" which on google they look blue. But my memory look like the actual Beast with black heat spreaders and they were bought from a big retailer not from second hand or some guy.
Now looking back on the site I bought them for, the model number specified there is: "KHX16C9T3K2/8X" which I guess should be the correct one because it shows on google an image as the ones I have installed.
Anyone has any idea what is going on?

Just stick to the stickered information on your ram stick. In fact you didn't need to bother with CPU-Z. It's only for people who can't open the side panel to look at the innards or if they can't provide a link to the ram kit they purchased.

From the way you've put it in your post, this is the P/N you should stick to:
https://www.kingston.com/datasheets/khx16c9t3k2_8x.pdf

See if you can pick up a same pair off Ebay. Prior to doing your ram upgrade, it's good practice to make sure your BIOS is up to date.

I have this Bios (f5) since i assembled the pc 3-4 years ago and I don't temper a lot with my system if it's stable and it has been since then. I did check for all driver updates like 2 weeks ago and the newest version is f7 but doesn't show much improved, you think there are hidden firmware notes?
f5 Improve Intel K-sku CPU performance
f6 Supports Intel® 5th Generation Core™ Processor
This BIOS prohibits updating to earlier version BIOS
f7 Better system compatibility for Intel® 5th Generation Core™ Processors
