Asus Geforce GTX1080 8GB Rog Strix

Just bought this computer, and the company I bought it from built it for me(legitimate electronic and computer store in Norway). Finally received it today and of course there had to be an issue.
The system boots up fine and works for 30 minutes or so, temperatures are good, laying around a max of 50 even when gaming. But shortly after the 30 minute mark, the monitors loses signal and apparently so does the mouse, but not the keyboard. The computer is still running, but again no signal to the monitors. Which is quite annoying considering the fact that this is a completely new and unused computer.
I very much appreciate the help I can get.
Note: Monitors do not lose signal when in BIOS.
