I think something is wrong with my computer

This month my computer starting having his first problems after a year and a third of use.
So i had multiple problems this week:
- When browsing google chrome(usually when watching youtube vids) my monitor says randomly no signal and the audio from the video goes robotic, than shuts, after about 5-10 secs the image on my screen comes back but chrome completly crashed and than I need to end the task from chrome and everything comes back to normal..
-Today I played PUBG again after like 3 months and everything runned smooth for like 7 games and when i pressed the ready button for another the game showed a image of my point of view in a room in PUBG and than crashed, after closing the crash report i tried reopening the game but app was already running so I wanted to close it from task manager but than everything freeze the audio too(I was on discord with my friend) and i waited a bit but couldn't do anything and eventually restarted my pc. After the restart my PUBG game was running well again but I had audio disorders on Discord, my friend was cutting and sometimes had robooting voice for 1 or 2 seconds.
-Sometimes when I was doing normal task or downloading a game my internet would go down but only for my PC the wireless on the house was running good as always and the only fix I found was restarting the PC and than the internet would be normal again (900down/700up speeds)
-Usually when i open a program or anything my disk usage in task manager is going to 100% but with not really anything using it up
Well those are the biggest things that happen to me now, I want to specify that I have Windows 10, but didn't change my Windows for about half a year now and I'm thinking that could be the problem but i do not know why. When my google crashed and monitor losed signal taught about GPU, when pubg crashed and the entire computer shortly after I taught of my CPU going down or doubling my RAM memory. Malwarebytes and Avast do not detect any viruses atm.
My computer specs now :
• Hard disk : WD Blue 1TB SATA-III 7200 RPM 64MB
• GPU : GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 960 OC WindForce 2X 4GB DDR5 128-bit
• CPU : Intel Skylake, Core i5 6400 2.70GHz
• Motherboard : GIGABYTE GA-H110M-S2H
• DDR RAM : Crucial 8GB DDR4 2133MHz CL15
• PSU : FSP Raider 650W
I'm asking for what part should i change, add or should i do something else?

Solution
First step before swapping parts, try a clean Windows setup on a spare hard drive. If that still causes crashes you can look at other things.
