Lag time loading FileManager Contents (file listing) -Help

Any know why it would take so long to list the folder contents after changes have been made to that folder?

I have an SSD drive and have disabled Indexing, Swap file, Restore Point, Caching (policy) drive, Hibernation.. etc etc...

Which gizmo do I need to turn BACK ON to make it list folder's contents snappy-like again?

It's doing exactly what you told it to do. When you disable indexing the whole directory structure of the drive needs to be scanned.

Actually, it takes a long time without being a specific folder contents..
Just loading File Manager does..
The File Manger Progress Indicator on top always wants to search WHAT EVER it is listing..
