Budget GPU for a Athlon II X4 650?

My friend has a Athlon II X4 650 and 8gb of ram, but has a shoddy gpu that can't run anything. I'm wondering what a good budget (USED) GPU would be for him thats within the $70 dollar range. He plans on playing MMO's and some of the more modern shooting games (Like Fortnite or PUBG).

CPu is showing its age ,will be hard choice, i say "GTX 770 or GTX 760" would be your best choice , u can surely find Used for 70$ - 75$+ . Friend of mine actualy bought GTX 770 for 64$ and plays pubg ,and hes very happy only thing that he has fx-8320.

My second advice would be, mybe upgrade CPU to "X6 1075T" or FX-6300 ,btw u can get FX-6300 for very cheap prices its performance is good for budget pc.
