how do I initialize my new ssd?

I am in disk management and when i right click my new ssd (got it off ebay but y'know) there is no option to initialize. anybody know what's up? let me know if you need more info to assist me

I don't see Disk 0 in that list.

BTW - what' s the model name of this SSD?

Disk 2 has been used previously. It is partitioned already. May contain some data.
Use diskpart to clean it first.

diskpart
list disk
select disk 2
clean

Open elevated command prompt and type in the commands.
If you get any errors, then stop immediately.
