Hello Everyone,

I have an Intel 520 Series SSD of 180 gb

I ran the crystal disk info, and it came up with this analysis.

Should I worry about the blue bolded line? That reads as: end to end error detection count
Current:100, Worst:100, Threshold:97

What does it mean? Is it normal ?
Also what is the SATA Downshift Count I see a value of 10?

Is the rest of the analysis fine? I know it reads as 100% health, but does it indicate any warnings that it will start to fail?

Thank you in advance

ahmedmashjohn, regardless if the drive is or may fail, it will do so one day. The important thing here is having a backup of your data.

The conventional wisdom by tech experts on backups is known as the 3-2-1 method. Basically you want:

3 copies of any data you don't want to lose
2 different mediums it's stored on (so 2 different drives in your computer, for example)
1 copy kept offsite, to prevent against disaster.

As for the result of the test, it looks to be OK. It is best to use Seatools as it will let you know in what state of health the drive is in.
