Hello, I have always had a Chromebooks and want a real computer an actually do something. I am not sure what the best option is...should I buy used or build my own PC? I want it for a little bit of AI and deep learning and am wondering what the best option is...all I know is I need a good GPU. What's the best option should I get a cheap used or refurbished PC and just add a super powerful GPU or should I build one myself(I would have to use a site with monthly payments because i can't afford that much. If it's better to build it what's the best website that allows you to pay monthly?
