Hi I have a Western Digital Black 2tb hard drive encased in a NexStar 3.1 HDD enclosure. When I power on the hard drive and connect it to my computer the computer recognizes it as a "USB 3.1 device". It says the category is a "storage device" but I am not able to use it as a storage device. I am running windows 8.1 and have recently updated my system. How can i fix this problem?
